Alexie Jell (Producer)

Alexie Jell has been working in the creative industries for 15 years at the highest level. After a Post Graduate Diploma in Arts Management at the University of Melbourne, in 2007 she was head-hunted to join IMG Artists as European Booking Manager in London where she doubled role-generated revenue.

In 2009, Universal Music Group International approached Alexie to join their artist management and touring arm where, as Associate Manager, she created major projects in Asia, the USA, Australia and Europe with some of the world’s biggest music stars.

On returning to Australia, Alexie held positions at the Queensland Music Festival as a producer of The World’s Biggest Orchestra Challenge and in the Queensland Government shepherding the state’s Arts and Culture Investment Framework.

In 2014, she became Executive Artist Manager to the Australian jazz star James Morrison where she managed performances and events across the world and eight successful recording releases garnering four ARIA Awards.

In 2017, Alexie also became Director of International Jazz Day Australia delivering the $2.4 million dollar UNESCO flagship project under budget. This multi-event project across two cities culminated a live, all-star concert broadcast live to 1.4 billion people worldwide.
